As much as we want you to experience our innovated system, we do understand sometimes circumstances happen. If you are not satisfied with our products, please let us know within 7 days after you receive the product to our support email email@example.com
We will provide you with our return authorization and also shipping destination. Simply return us the product in original packaging condition, and we will be happy to reimburse the full cost of the product, minus the shipping. Products can’t be use more than 3oz. chemicals and 1oz. maintenance products.
Please do not return the product without the authorization from us, as we will not be able to properly locate and handle your return package. We recommend that you ship the return package via the registered mail, UPSP, UPS or FedEx for your protection; we will not be responsible for missing untraceable package.
Hebra Professional will process return and refund requests within 30 calendar days from the day the package is returned to us. No returns will be accepted after 30 days calendar.
After the product arrives at our return center, we will need 7 to 10 working days to complete the process. Your funds will be credited back to your credit card or pay pal account; it would be refund to your original method of payment. Hebra Professional reserves the right to reject any return and refund if the product has been used more than the amount required. Hebra Professional will not be responsible for any missing returned package.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 – 10 business days we recommend you to contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially credited back to your account. If you have done all of this and you still have not receive your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org With the subject line: REFUND NOT RECEIVED.
