Error in Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping address (including street address, block and unit number, or postal code). Hebra Professional will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error in the information you provided.
Order not received
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of process, please email us to info@hebraprofessional.us With the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number, Name, shipping address and a contact number. So we can assist you better.
Free Standard Shipping for purchase Over US $100
We offer free USPS Priority mail on orders over US $100.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.
